Decoration Setup Time –  2:00 Hours

  • Tool and Ladder should be Provided by the Client for Ceiling Decoration. 
  • Everything Except, the Balloons will be Taken Back the Next Day.
  • We Need an Electric Connection or Extension within 6-8 Feet near the Decoration Setup. 
  • The decorator will not wait for more than 30 Minutes.
  • For any Enquiry, you can call our Customer Care Number.
  • It is advised to remove the Balloons after the Event is over, keeping them for more than 48 hours may lead to Marks.
  • More than 24 hours before: 90% refund
  • 6-24 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 6 hours before: No refund
  • Special dates: No cancellations (Valentine's Week, Dec 25, 31, Jan 1)
  • After decoration attempt: No cancellation or rescheduling allowed
  • Complaints: Must be reported to Unique eventzz during the experience; their decision is final
  • Weather/Natural events: Rescheduling only, no cancellations; perishable items are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
