Cancellation Policy
- If an order is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled decoration delivery time, 80% of the total amount will be refunded.
- If an order is cancelled between 6 to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- Cancellations are not permitted for bookings made during peak or special occasions, including Valentine’s Week (12th February to 20th February), 25th December, 31st December, 1st January, or for any special package offerings.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances such as rain, hailstorm, or other natural events, only rescheduling will be allowed. Cancellations and refunds will not be applicable in such cases. Additionally, perishable items cannot be refunded, cancelled, or rescheduled.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. If opted for the Unique Eventzz wallet, the refund will be credited within 24 hours.

- All images shown are for reference; actual decoration may vary slightly based on availability.
- Our decoration team will arrive within your selected time slot for setup.
- Basic support like a stool or ladder may be required for smooth ceiling decoration.
- Decoration at hotels or outside locations requires prior permission from the venue.
- All decoration materials are on a rental basis and may be collected after the event or next day.
- Please report any issues within 2 hours of service completion for quick resolution.
- Once the decoration setup has started, cancellation or rescheduling is not allowed.
- Ensure the setup area is clean and accessible before the team arrives.
