Less than 6 hours before: No refund

After decoration attempt: No cancellation or rescheduling allowed
Complaints: Must be reported to Unique eventzz during the experience; their decision is final
Weather/Natural events: Rescheduling only, no cancellations; perishable items are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
